Upleveled Connect
In previewOne connection. Every app that comes after.
Upleveled Connect links the systems that run your shop and turns them into one picture of your business, so the AI you already use, and the apps and playbooks built on it, can work across all of it. You hold the keys: you decide what it can see and do, and every action is recorded by name.
How it works
One way in. Your rules at the door.
Your AI reaches your systems through Connect and nowhere else, so what it can see and change is exactly what you’ve decided.
Your systems
- ActionFlow
- Moraware
- QuickBooks
- Microsoft 365
Your data stays in your systems. Connect reaches them with credentials you create and can revoke.
Upleveled Connect
- Your policy
- what AI may read or change
- Identity
- each person signs in as themselves
- Credential vault
- logins locked away
- Record
- every action logged, by name
The AI you already use
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Copilot and others
Your team keeps the AI tools they already know.
Everything passes through the middle. There is no side door.
What your team can do
First it answers. Then it acts. Then it advises.
Three things one connection unlocks, each inside the rules you set.
-
Ask from anywhere.
Pull up a job from your pocket: on site, at lunch, in the truck. Ask a question or run a report from the same conversation. Changes to records go through your approval.
-
Automation that follows your rules.
Hand the tedious, repetitive work to your AI, with your standards enforced inside workflows your people own.
Example: a template never gets scheduled before the deposit is collected.
-
Business intelligence and guidance.
Guidance, not just data. Playbooks equip your AI to interpret your software data, surface insights and recommend next moves.
Example: not just flagging a rising error rate, but understanding why it’s rising and helping drive it down.
Why we built it
It started with one automation.
I was building a workflow for a customer that crossed HDConnect, ActionFlow and SharePoint. I needed a layer to connect them, and I needed control over what an agent could read and what it could write.
Then I realized: one connection to all of those systems, from the AI assistants people already use, would do far more than that one automation.
Bring what you know.
Software vendors, consultants, trainers: Connect gives your expertise a way into a shop’s AI, under the shop’s rules, without you building the plumbing.
It is an open platform, neutral between our own applications and anyone else’s. If you serve this trade, we’d like to talk.
